Return Policy

USED items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns for any NEW items are accepted within 14 days of receipt if they are: unwashed, undamaged, in the original condition you received them, and in their original packaging. If you opened the packaging to try on the item, it can't be returned. Customers are responsible for any and all shipping charges related to returns or exchanges.

Any item returned after 14 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.

We do not accept exchanges. Any duties paid for orders will NOT be refunded.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction and will be in the amount of the Product price. Shipping and handling  fee is not refundable.

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business day for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
